We'll get to know each other, you'll tell me your home dreams, must-haves and deal breakers. We'll talk neighborhoods, realistic budgets and first steps. We'll set up your Compass Collection, tour properties and narrow down your search.

I'll fill you in on the process from start to finish -

from understanding list price vs. sale price, to demystifying disclosures, getting your finances in order, what it means to include or waive contingencies, what makes a winning offer, and most importantly, how to close escrow and get your keys.

Whether it's your first or fiftieth purchase, it's a wild ride that I'm along for each step of the way. With 120 home sales and counting, I know what it takes to get you through to the other side of homeownership.
